After 26+ years of being vegan and vegetarian Anthea knows a bit about vegan cooking! It’s one of her true passions and past times. Her knowledge and wisdom spans almost 3 decades and she has seen a lot change and evolve when it comes to vegetarian and vegan cooking. Vegan cooking has never been so exciting and fashionable!
Anthea runs a variety of cooking classes such as

- Rawfood: Using a dehydrator
- Christmas Feasts & gifts Class
- Food as Gifts class.
Included in all her classes are: take home notes and recipes, a feast at the end of the class and hands on experience in cooking most dishes. She loves imparting and sharing her passion and enthusiasm for all things vegan and raw food! Her class are fun, interactive, hands on, full of lots of tips, useful information and short cuts and are delicious in everyway!
Cooking classes are great for special occasions like Hen’s party, birthdays with friends, corporate team building, or any group of people who want to learn how to cook more healthy dishes and add to their repertoire and get out of those food ruts.
Anthea can run two styles of classes – hands on class with feast at the end and demonstration class with feast at the end.
